The price should reflect all current market information theoretically. The trader would only need to take the price action to make a trade if the price reflects the current market information. The trader has to be aware of over all sentiment of the market. Ultimately he is responsible to make such a strategy that he could incorporate market sentiment into his own trading strategy.

Fed’s speech has led to a lot of criticism as the Dollar price has dropped down right after the speech. Low inflation were expected in his September’s speech but were not true at whole. Anyhow, many of the supporters believe that the step will be productive.
